Two weeks ago me and my class went to the local park with one task, to clean up the neighbourhood. Our teacher handed out trash bags and rubber gloves to everyone. On our way to the park, we picked up rubbish. When we arrived, our teacher divided us into three groups. The first group tidied up the football pitch, the second group was tasked with cleaning the path, and the third group went to clean the playground. We found all sorts of rubbish. We thought that it was outrageous how much people litter. On our way back, we continued to collect garbage. The day was exhausting, but I feel glad I did something good for the environment.
